Four were in stock and the fifth wasn't far away either.CH-R is a very nice wheel. The best thing I did going up in profile at the back. All Corvettes, mustangs etc run a larger dia rear tyre. Helps with traction a lot.

How close is your tyre to your control arm on the inside. With a +40 and 285/35 must be pretty close? Does it ever rub?

Clears when still but I think with tyre distortion on cornering it just touches.Just enough to scuff the paint. Hasn't worn the paint off though. Bellato Donating Members 2,713 Member For: 14y 3m 20d Posted 20/08/12 07:12 AM Share Posted 20/08/12 07:12 AM that's alright then! I guess the 35 profile on the 285 will have a fair bit of distortion under load around a corner. if you wanted to stop the rubbing do you reckon you'd go a 285/30 or a 275/35? Only just scuffs it. Done about 3k-4k on them and the scuff is minimal. Few pages back there is pics of it.They do kinda look chunky but I like the look. 'm going to go 20' so a 285/35 isn't possible, just trying to get the best offset so I can get the most tyre on as possible.Cheers mate
