well yer that's what was talked about in another thread. a guard roller said they crease when rolling so cant be done without risk. henz seems confident though.

shame about being in QLD, whered you get your 20's from?

I would highly advise you to not grind the inner lip off. As you can see the middle tray brace is spot welded to it and like someone said above, it will be weak as piss. A better idea would be to take it to a panel beater and have them use a porta power (or jack with blocks of wood if your feeling creative at home) between the guard brace to pump it out. Should hold it out and get a fair bit of extra space.

dont cut your guard there a piece of piss to roll once you have that brace off, eazy as to pump em to if you wanted, I got sh*t loads outa mine and not a mark any where, and the brace is totally adjustable so ya can lip it back in easy as...
