Expand Elite Automotive in Archerfield. My BF F6 got the full treatment in '09 by these guys, and the car still runs great today. You could also try chip Torque in Nerang, I've heard they're good, but I've only ever used there dyno, so cant vouch for tuning ability. And ya got it cheap as ya said. Like keith first mentioned it would be worth doing a set of coils anyway, genuine only ($200-$250) ball park figure. Very easy to do if ya can spin a spanner and spark plugs as well even. Boost controller, throttle body clean. Things like these help with idle and overall clean running of the car in general. On an 03 BA the chances are that stuff hasn't been changed for a long time. The joys of buying a second turbo vehicle. Seems like a relatively unmodded ute might be a good starting point for your modding journey.
