225/65 R17 tyres onto BA 17'' wheels? Can it be done? lol

Hey boys and girls,

 

Got given a set of 225/65 R17 tyres with new new tread. Since im in search of what wheels I want to change to, I figured putting these on in the meantime as the current tyres are mcshagged till I work out what wheels to get.

Now I sat the tyre next to wheels and looked fine as my coon is still standard grandpa height. So just clarifying if theres any tyre fitters on here, will they work in the meantime?

Will look f##king stupid if used in place of stock sized 235/45/17
