that's not what its about, but has plenty in  reserve for tuning. Just check the engine internals.

with an already obsolete engine, they'd be better of replacing the driveline (lt4) and gearbox (7 speed tr6070)

 

yeah theyll sell them, but far from worth it 

 

r8 with an lsa is far better value, and even that's a stretch
