I recently had my calipers painted. I removed the brackets and pad retainer. Then bead blasted all of the genuine coating off. 

 

The base colour (black) was painted first. Then I had brembo negative stickers made (brembo lettering  cut out of a 10cm square vinyl). We then attached it to the caliper, masked the remaindet of the caliper and painted the logo. The results speak for themselves....

Looks good, I'm thinking of taking it to a spray painter here (done a bit of panel beating and painting for me) and just see what he says. I'll put this idea in his head and see if he likes it, so you clear coated over the sticker?

Two pac paint, metallic with yellow pearl, stickers from eBay applied under the clear coat.

ill be happy when I get some upgraded rotors and pads. no brembos here cause poor.
