hi. is the wireing loom that connects to the auto...injectors.ignition coil etc and all sensors on passenger side of car same on tirbo and non turbo??

I know the loom on drivers side is different but from what I can tell the one on passenger side that goes throgh inlet manifold seems the same?

I have allot of broken sensor plug clips and hsve a perfect loom but from non turbo. they look identical with all same plugs etc

Pretty sure they are mate! The Ba loom was a pretty simple setup. Though if u ever change from auto to manual u can only use a b series peddle assembly as fg loom wont connect.

There wiring for the TMAP sensor is slightly different between the two. If you've got access to a harness with good plugs, just replace the plugs that are damaged in situ.

The pinout is referring to the pins on the ecu and a wiring diagram describes what signals come in or out of those pins.

The wiring loom may look identical and be physically transferable (on many cars) but there can be different signals on some of the pins or slightly different internal wiring that prevent a simple ecu or loom swap.

From what ralph is saying and what I can vaguely remember you need to rewire the tmap sensor as the wiring is back to front or something.

I haven't looked it up for a few years but I know there is some very specific info online about ford tmap sensor wiring and voltage scales.

This should get you started.

As I said it's been a while but for me since I looked this stuff up but this should clarify some things for you and also give a starting point for your research.

Lol I just had a slightly closer read of that link I posted and it appears to be for au stuff.

It should still provide assistance with search terms at least.

still thinking of swapping looms and changing map sensor wire....as have found a corroded wire for the cam sensor which goesbthrough out the wireing loom.

if its not correct would car just not atart and run correctly or will it damage something? lol
