Hi guys

In the next couple of months I will be rebuilding my XR6T to withstand around 500rwkw, I have narrowed down my options to either a Spool I beam rod, Or a manley H beam rod. Has anyone used the Manley H beams? There is a good deal here in NZ Consisting of CP pistons, Manley H beam rods, ACL Main & Rod bearings along with ARP main & headstuds for 3.5k NZD. Will either look at buying the kit mentioned above or one of the SPOOL rebuild kits and buy the ARP stuff separate.

Cheers guys
