B series or FG?

In any case, although the FG's is better, neither will last for long unless you're gentle with it, and don't give it WOT in high load situations, eg. overtaking in 5th will get it slipping pretty quick

In which case there isn't any point having the extra grunt imho, better off saving yourself some coin and leaving it as is

Otherwise there are plenty of good clutch options for these cars, and there's a lot of good info on here if you search for it.

Work out your end power goal and get a clutch to suit.

I drove around for a few years with 310killer wasps. Never had an issue.

Yep I drive a manual FG. It now has 380killa wasps and is struggling badly. Time for a new clutch as soon  as the budget allows for it.

she still gets driven hard.

Welcome to the barra life. ;)

Brought the car from a dealer who had no list of modifications from the previous owner,

as I have never driven a manual FG Xr6 Turbo its hard to tell how heavy the clutch is from factory so unsure if it is factory or aftermarket.

HI PSI, you still got that option 5 for sale?

I've only ever had Option 3, 5 and 6  Mal Wood clutches.  Each has been reliable and a pleasure to drive. I highly recommend Mal's equipment.
