Hey guys.

I bought a genuine rear housing with flapper mod from a known company, after 4 weeks it has just arrived.

I am a bit let down with the quality of the port job, is this normal or has a butcher done this?

When I run my hands around the inside of it I can feel lots on flat 'sides' to the port, and it's not truly round..

Hmmm I'm definitely no expert on this, but to the average lame man can see that the sealing face that the flapper disk seats down onto doesn't look like it would seal properly. Looks it bit butchered.

But as I said I'm no expert,  lads like Luke (ralph) and Jet and peppy might be the one's to chat to about this.

Port shape and design doesn't have to be aesthetically "pretty" to work correctly but the slightest variation between ports can make one spot on and another still a dog to control boost with
