I have engine out. I've removed all the bolts on the side of the pan, and all the smaller bolts around the pan. The front half of the pan has come away with no problem. but it's still caught up pretty tight at the back. for the life of me I cannot find anymore nuts and bolts to undo? are there any behind the flywheel somewhere? PLEASE HELP.....IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT!! Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/92755-sump-removal/ Share on other sites

Make sure everything is clean clean clean to give the sealer the best chance of success. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/92755-sump-removal/#findComment-1716456 Share on other sites

This is specified in the engine torque settings in the workshop manual.
