There is 30mm difference in clearance between the HP & SL in the same width and offset between the spoke and brake caliper if that helps. Either way HP in an 8.5 will have to be rather low offset. Better off with a 9.5 in low +20 range

Good thread, I had the tissue box out looking at the SP4 recently and pretty much came up with similar outcome. Was going to be the +25 9.5 fronts in HP and the 10rears in I think +37 SL

still scary thinking big outlay for what could end up clashing. Fronts should be no issue just don't be upgrading  the rear set to brembos or there'll be trouble

hehe yeah mate I spent a long time looking at those too. I'm feeling the same way: huge cash outlay for a set of wheels that might not fit and would then be impossible to offload :(

The rears are already brembos (from factory) - do you think that the rears in SL wouldn't clear?

Sorry I wrote that wrong I was going 9.5 +25 in HP and 10 +37 SL (I don't have brembos rears)

HP front to clear brembo and SL rear for dish. 67mm dish front and 92mm rear

HP = Hyper Disk or High Pad

MD = Medium Disk

NR = Normal Disk or Low disk

SL = Super Low disk
