My ute had the box rebuilt at 39000 klms by ford and now its back there again at 41000klmx with the same issue. Everyone ive spoken to has said the TR6060 is bulletproof..... The ute is a 2013 FG Mk2 and is stock except for a catback exhaust. Edited 22/11/16 09:13 AM by crombo97

If it's out of warranty, contact Mal Wood to get it properly repaired.

So it shouldn't cost me a cent this time. I just wasn't sure if this was common for this box or I just got a dud??

The triple synchros seem to be a weak spot from personal experience. That's probably what's bumping it out of gear ?
