550km is nothing. Anything will last that long unless it had been assembled by a sandpit.

If you can feel the vibration, in this case, it's already too late.

Just keep your ears/feet/etc listening mate and you should be ok. Pull it apart again at 5 thousand and see what's up.

Hoping for the best homie.:)

All good so far mate!

I put an atomic balancer on it which has taken a lot of the vibrations out of the engine which I think will help.

What Facebook groups do people hang around in? I never know what's going on in the car scene and miss everything haha.

I have been out of it for way too long!!

I was going to ask the same question. What facebook group is this? I take it the forum has a closed fb page then.

I had an issue with the chain tensioner and spun the timing a bit, so it bent a few valves, the good thing about that is we are going to oversize the valves and do a little more porting on the intake side and make this head flow even better.

Also going to throw some even heavier springs in it while it is apart so we can throw some more boost at it when I decide to splurge on a bigger hair dryer.

So this happened...

just mounting it up and then will have to fabricate a new dump, intake, etc and away we go!
