Hey legends.

Do I need to tune my car after upgrading intercooler and putting a turbo side intake? I will be getting the car tuned eventually (couple of months) but just wondering if I can drive the car normally until then?

Thanks in advance.

You should be fine just go easy on it. It won't over boost just will come on a bit harder and intake temps will be lower.

Any other mods?

Have you got a data logger or scan tool?

Won't it over boost with an upgraded intercooler with less pressure difference across the intercooler?

I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk

I reckon in my uneducated guess you would see maybe 1 or 2 more psi at the manifold. Depending on what core you use obviously.

Not exactly overboosting and I reckon the ecu would pull timing out anyway.

Bugger that driving around in gimp mode until you tune it. Put it all in your spare room, horde everything until you can do it all at once.
