Hey guys, I got my local mechanic to change my clutch yesterday and ever since I got it back I can't get the cruise control to engage.

just wondering if there is anything they may have bumped to effect it like a harness or earth ect under the car??

cheers

Well that was a case of fluking it... new clutch sits lower to the floor and keeps cruise dis-engaged until you pull pedal back a touch with your foot!! Sorted haha but might help someone else one day

Yep, clutch pedal switch on the top of the clutch pedal needs to be engaged at the top of the clutch pedal travel, so that the system knows that the clutch pedal is not being pressed to be able to engage the cruise control :spoton:

You need to reset the switch. Depress the pedal fully and grab pull the plunger out (it will ratchet out then stop) release the pedal and it will reset the at rest position for the pedal on the switch
