I'm no metal specialist... but to me, it seems like those headers don't contain $4k of material, time & expertise.

Either way, nobody who's running a streetable falcon needs to spend 4K for a complete turbo-back exhaust :spoton:

It's not about needing to spend it's about understanding the difference

not everyone knows so sometimes it's  helpful to point out the difference that's all ;)

I believe the best material for an exhaust is Ti Arron

no that 6466 dump and those headers are NOT Johnny's work

Not really. But it is light. All depends what you are looking for. If its visible , shiny is nice IE 304..

Would never buy an off the shelf exhaust again unless it's an SMB or Manta system.

Have seen xforce and they seem pretty average and hang pretty low in the Utes.
Would never never never get another nizpro exhaust (or the TOG copy).
Needed additional hangers added to support the weight. Also had to bend the dump for it to sit at the correct angle. All of the clamps have failed and the cummins equivalent clamps go for $50 or so, so there's an additional $200 on top of their big $3000 price tag for the ute system.
It's a good design but the build quality isn't there.

Have seen the manta dual 3" and it's great quality, comes with additional hangers and brackets. They're where I'd go if I were to go for an off the shelf system again. Custom would be the best way to go IMHO.

Just to let you k ow guys, I had the xforce sports exhaust system already on the car when I purchased it, so it was a bonus, however the sound isn't as good or as deep as I would like, what can I do to get the sound deeper and a beefier, remove the resignator?

I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk

Deeper sound comes if you have a mild steel system, that's about all I know.  I guess style and number of mufflers plays the biggest part?  Not sure.

I've had a Expensive Daewoo V8 driver ask me if mine's a V8 when they heard it idling in their driveway.  Like I said, Manta dual 2.5" in mild steel.  I told him "nah just a six...but it's got a turbo on the side" and proceeded to take him for a spin and show him what it could do ;)

The resonator is there to pull out the highs.

If you remove the resonator you will get a harsher more "screamy" or "thrashy" sounding exhaust note.

You need to change your muffler setup.

Maybe one of the more knowledgeable guys can point you in the direction of a shop that can design a better system for you.

like steve I went for a mild steel cat back twin 2.5"- off the shelf redback brand.

at the time xforce was new and all the rage, but more exy and the common thought was that the stainless was very thin to keep costs down, which made them sound light and tinny.

the redback system bolted straight up, sounds deep and if it rusts out is not too expensive to replace.

that was 7 years ago and not a prob yet.
