so 10w-40 is the go? wouldn't I be better of with this, http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Penrite-Full-Synthetic-Engine-Oil-10W-40-20-Litre/396369 ? Its full synthetic rather than semi.

Also whats the go with 10tenths?

The owner's manual says to use semi-synth 10w-40. Can't hurt to use what the manufacturer recommends.

It's rubbish, it'll work but it's not the best, it still breaks down far quicker than full syn

Ten tenths racing is the bomb, I love my ester based oils

Owners manual would be edited by the bean counters surely, so they can claim lower TCO on the car.

Engineer's pure version would be different I bet!

10 Tenths is great, I was using it in my cars back 4 or 5 years ago when I first got it into the stores, its good stuff. When I was feeling a little rich I did enjoy the Royal Purple stuff too.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think a lot of people (and seems most tuners) like to use Edge 5-30 from what I hear?
