Definitely run fully synthetic oil because the turbocharger heats the oil up and synthetic oil copes with this better. If you want a really good oil, get penrite fully synthetic which is labelled '10 tenths 100% pao ester' . I used the standard 'fully synthetic' cause it came in a 6L bottle (instead of 5L) for $10 less. Regular oil changes is what prevents me from spending more money for the 'better stuff'.
