So I'm confident the trend continues and will be smooth sailing! Once I grab that Atomic pump kit off you, I'll be 'pretty close' to the finish line and able to hand car over to get the puzzle put together.. That a normal procedure when installing?

Atomic used cosworth for a while although these don't look like cosworth Edited 02/10/16 11:03 AM by arronm
JoshF6 Member 44 Member For: 8y 5m 1d Posted 04/10/16 08:00 AM Author Share Posted 04/10/16 08:00 AM Ok so, I got onto Brad at Atomic (absolute Legend to spare his time to sort this out by the way). After a few emails backwards and forwards and photos, this is where I'm at and thankfully should be all good once I get the rods and Pistons checked out as @JETURBO mentioned also. "Hi mate,It's all clear now! – here we go·Arias Pistons·Atomic Superleggera conrods #306200 – made prior to 2012. (no oil feed hole to the gudgeon pin boss)As long as the skirts and the gudgeon pin bushes are in good condition there is no reason why you can’t run them. You need to take them to a reputable machine shop to get the skirts measured to see if they have worn/collapsed.....if all good then bore/hone your block to suit and you are good to go!!Motors do split bores occasionally, that’s why we ultrasonic check the wall thickness......#1 at the 12 o’clock position is very common, as is 12 o’clock on #5.Thrust sides (minor and major) are usually good.........If you have any further questions, please dont hesitate to call/email.Cheers, Brad"

If they are slightly worn you could bore slightly under to bring the tolerance back up.

Looked up Arias this arvo and atleast now I know that are not just the stockers bolted on the Conrods. Seem to be a decent Brand which is a good start
