I'm getting a slight idle noise on my FG XR6T, never heard it before. I have been using Caltex Vortex 98, and just switched to Shell 95, to see if there is any difference in economy and power. My car has always used Caltex ultimate. Every so often BP will fill the tank up if the price is right, but to be honest I cant tell the difference. I never realised that forscan could tell what juice is in the tank. Will need to investigate that one. Might even check and see if Torque has it on the list. All 98's (that don't contain ethanol) are equal (essentially). Use 98 if you're tuned for it. Use 95/98 if you're stock. If you're tuned for any other fuel (E85, E10 etc) then use that specifically when that tune is uploaded to your car. Have fun!
