Previously had an Evo 8 and mods on that were easily half the price of xr6 T mods Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/92433-turbo-side-intake-and-odyssey-battery/page/2/#findComment-1611564 Share on other sites

I come from a Late model camira background. I could mod my vl turbo into the 10's for next to Fark all! Reliably also. EDIT: it's entirely possible that the companies that make XR6T parts are just deliberately more greedy... but I doubt that's the only reason. If you can make and sell parts in thousands rather than dozens, you can make your margins a lot tighter and still make a decent buck. azzah Member 26 Member For: 8y 9m 11d Posted 13/09/16 11:54 AM Author Share Posted 13/09/16 11:54 AM I doubt there's very much R&D involved in making a small tray to hold a battery and then selling it for $400-500. Any way we are getting off topic wasn't looking for an argument was just stating the big price difference between the two I could make the same statement about Subaru's being more expensive to mod then the Evo and they have an even bigger market Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/92433-turbo-side-intake-and-odyssey-battery/page/2/#findComment-1611596 Share on other sites
