I got new engine mounts on mine, would just go for standard replacement, ideally genuine but my non genuine ones seem ok so far.

at least you'll definitely notice a difference upon having new mounts put in :)

I tried Technico solid mounts and would not recommend.  They died and started knocking, like your dead factory one will.  It gets worse over time.

It was possibly my exhaust leak heat that killed them (twice) but that was dubious, as Ralph also had them and they failed.  Seller said how are we killing them, as a big power Supra was running them with no issue - but I don't know how many kms the Supra actually drove or how often he got up it.

I'm back to stock ones and enjoying them!

Stock ones for sure.

Mine isn't knocking yet. Maybe it was just sweating a bit.

Not looking forward to changing them.

Just watched the latest roadkill garage episode ( have to join to view) and it turns out engine mounts don't need to be replaced, just firmly zip tied!

Worked on a Pontiac Bonneville anyway.

Thoroughly recommend joining, lots of extra content that doesn't get to youtube.

I don't doubt it those guys are mad.

Zip ties are the best @-Stever- knows what's going on.

But I'm pretty sure the mounts are strapped already. They just collapse.
