BA mk2 motor blown, what to do?

Sct xcal same. 

Flash the standard tune into it and swap the motors over. You'll be fine with your bolt ons on a standard tune.

you can go high 300's if the tune is right. ive been running 345rwk with the occasional 365rwk ethanol tune for ages...

def a gamble...:surrenderwave: I'm in a position that if it goes pop I can upgrade to a new f6 engine. but if your not, then dont risk bigger power from a ba block.

ive purchased a 45000xkm BF f6 engine with all accessories, bit the bullet, I couldnt go back to a ba motor knowing ide want to do boltons and chase 400+ down the track, really excited now!

Harness is similar but slightly different due to Dual VCT. Just swap the BA Harness (assuming it's in good nick) onto the BF motor then swing it. Basically straight swap.
