I currently have a 2004 July Built BA XR6 TURBO that has had alittle work done peformance wise and mechanically. I have literally in the last 3 weeks had; - turbo core replaced - new braided oil line - all new inlet and outlet hoses replaced - new engine mounts - new front drivers side wheel bearing replaced - rear brakes re-done Along with a few other general maintenance things sorted. The issue I seem to have now come across is that when the car is turning left at certain degrees and at certain speeds, I am getting a rubbing/vibrating sensation that has only come out in the last 3 days, along with this I have also noticed a thumping kind of sound coming from under the car roughly around the footwell area upon turning and also going over bumps. My mechanic has advised me my propshaft bearing is worn but said it would not be an issue for a while. I was hoping you guys could help point me in the right direction with possible issues. I am sure the pro's will come out soon and give you the right answer. My assumption here is that it has to do with the power steering rack.
