Yeh, your choice looks good, and you mentioned the kit you used here:

but also used some of the fittings you had left over from the PWR that failed?

Car is a daily commuter, dead stock with 18,000km on the clock, with only mild mods planned in the future.

Do intend on towing a 1200kg boat once a month to the local boat ramp, usually in summer too.

Yeah they lefts over fittings where just 4 x 90deg -10 elbows and the an adaptors for the trans cooler ports. 

 

In reality you'd only need the adaptors and 2 x 90deg - 10's

Cooler end is -8 though?

add a  barbed pushlock end and some push lock hose?

Should really just get under there and have a look....

Last question, lots of kits on Ebay using the PWR air to air core, but most say not to suit turbo, is that cos they don't sell you enough hose to mount them in the inner guard or is there a difference at the trans between NA and Turbo 6 speed trans?
