Hands down best Falcon suspension setup for a street car. Very comfortable and compliant on the streets and hands down the best handling, even on the track. Very versatile and worth the $2k price tag. Hit up @JETURBO for a deal, as he can get you a good price, apparently. Love the new car though bud, classy limo! discostig Manual mode ________________________ All day, erryday Donating Members 13,798 Member For: 17y 25d Gender: Male Location: Probably above atmospheric pressure Posted 20/07/16 05:35 AM Share Posted 20/07/16 05:35 AM It's worth mentioning the Shockworks kit are made by the guy (Brett) that engineered the suspension set up in the FPVs (was it all Falcons?), so are effectively a coilover designed specifically for this chassis, instead of a generic aftermarket one that has the right fittings attached to physically connect up. Ford rejected the design because it was not soft feeling enough for what are usually road only cars rarely driven fast. Having said that I run Koni Reds with King Springs because the whole lot I got for $1200 and fitted it myself. If I chose again I'd save for the Shockworks kit! Front swaybar makes the most difference, do that before touching the rear swaybar. Also remember that too much lowering actually reduces the handling/grip of these cars, plus puts extra strain on CVs (and probably other suspension components as well) causing them to fail more easily. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
