Just had my car flashed tuned and very happy with the result. However, since the tune the stereo no longer works correctly. Don't know if it is related or coincidence. The stereo is only working on the left front and rear channels. My concern is if I take it to ford and they say they need to Update the ICC or something similar, will that effect my custom tune? The car is a 2015 FGX Turbo with sync 2. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi thanks -yep first thing I checked. When I slide the fade to the right side I get nothing - no sound. When I move it to the centre or left -sound from left is ok, but still nothing from the right.

Thanks will I try disconnecting the battery and see if that fixes it. And yes tuned with Xcal 4. Not sure if the stereo has a code though. I will consult the book.

The xcal wont give u a code for the stereo mate,

But the icc usually has a code in the owners manual.

But as a last option  u can flash it back to normal and take it to ford to get the icc fixed, then flash the tune back in.

Just been through the sync book and the vehicle book-can't find a code for the sync system. Does it have or require a code? Anyone?
