Okay thankyou I'll have to figure it out I'm no good at all with these things !! Haha . Well anyway my main issue is it hit peak nm torque quick quick when on boost then it drops off by a fair bit by red line ? Is this normal . ? 

 

Also with that power do I require a surge tank ?

Have you got a dyno graph? 

Maybe boost was tapering off or timing was being pulled out of it. 

Have you got the standard waste gate actuator in there? 

If you can get a graph I'm certain some of the dyno whisperers here will tell you exactly what happened.

Yes I do have the dyno graph but only the one with kW and nm no psi on it .  Standard waste gate and actuator aswell . I'm not sure to be honest . He did mention to me that boost spikes to 16 psi for a split second then stays at 14.5 psi untill basically red line ? If I could get this dyno graph up it would help but I'm not too smart haha

There's a fair few factors why it would do that. 

Have a look at the flapper mod. There's a thread here somewhere. And probably look at getting a turbosmart actuator. 

I'll put my money on it pulling timing out of it because of knocking. He tuned it with an xcal? 

That oil feed line is a good mod. I'm picking one up this week. It's routed a bit different to most. It runs across the front of the rocker cover over to the overflow then down to the turbo. Keeps the heat out of the line. 

Move got more than 100k km's on you so I probably wouldn't get anywhere near that power level. Plus I've got a heap of sh*t to replace before I tune mine. 

 

You've got got the walbro 460? No need for surge with that one.

Power is just an equation of torque x rpm divided by something like 5000
So more power is made by either more torque or higher rpm.. if your car isn't revving out further than before it's obviously making way more torque at the given revs

TLDR; too many dyno sheets show 'roller torque' rather than 'derived torque'

Derived torque is a much truer indication of actual engine output
