Maybe boost was tapering off or timing was being pulled out of it. Have you got the standard waste gate actuator in there? If you can get a graph I'm certain some of the dyno whisperers here will tell you exactly what happened. Standard waste gate and actuator aswell . I'm not sure to be honest . He did mention to me that boost spikes to 16 psi for a split second then stays at 14.5 psi untill basically red line ? Have a look at the flapper mod. There's a thread here somewhere. And probably look at getting a turbosmart actuator. I'll put my money on it pulling timing out of it because of knocking. He tuned it with an xcal? That oil feed line is a good mod. I'm picking one up this week. It's routed a bit different to most. It runs across the front of the rocker cover over to the overflow then down to the turbo. Keeps the heat out of the line. Move got more than 100k km's on you so I probably wouldn't get anywhere near that power level. Plus I've got a heap of sh*t to replace before I tune mine. You've got got the walbro 460?
