This happens more once the car warms up and is not happening always but a lot of the time. I have been monitoring the rpms and sometimes it's at 750 other times around 500. If I put the car in prark or neutral the vibration is gone? I have changed spark plus, cleaned throttle body and checked for a vacuum leak so far and taken it to a few mechanics and no one has been able to work it out. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas to what the problem could be? any help will be much appreciated.

Bad vibration in drive or reverse at idle - vibrates badly at around 550 and 750 rpm. Normally idles at around 550 when engine warm and vibrates, increase revs with foot on acc pedal to just above that and the vibration goes away, increase revs further up to around 750 vibration comes back, increase revs above 750 and the vibration goes away. Replaced both engine mounts with Mackay hydraulic ones. New Mackay gearbox mount. New coil pack and plugs. New throttle TPS. Cleaned throttle body. Replaced inlet manifold gaskets. New drive belt tensioner. New alternator and battery. No error codes / DTCs showing with Forscan tool. Anyone got anymore more suggestions ? Can't hurt to rule it out...
