Well Everyone seems to be boycotting BF2042 this weekend. The game still has so many bugs and issue. nothing been resolved.

I started downloading pubg again and left it downloading overnight.

Will be getting back into PUBG. These tier 1 games are so sh*t lately. nothing decent.

Is it as good as bf4? not yet

Is it any different to any other bf launch? definitely not

Nothing different with the launch so not sure why everyone is so butthurt about it. Game is alright and needs work but it is far from being a bad game.

Give it time and it'll get better. I personally don't mind playing the game at all. I think its quite enjoyable and a good new direction for the franchise. All the people hating on it are now older gamers that prefer that style of game. 2042 is tailored to the newer generation gamers, hence the introduction of specialists and the removal of the classes (engineer, medic, recon, support).

why do game companies release games these days with so many bugs? and then rely on customers to give feedback so they can fix it? is this the new norm now?

has been that way forever... you'd wait a bloody long time if you think games should have zero bugs.

and if you watch speedruns or glitch exhibitions of those games, you'll find they have plenty of bugs haha

Actually looked at this recently funny enough. Turns out patches were often released to fix mannnny bugs afterwards but not many people knew this was a thing or even how to update their games.

You are partly right though, I think devs in the past were more pedantic about the release quality of the game, maybe because updating games back in the day was not a hugely known thing

Bought a 3080ti a while back and after buying it didn't really game a whole lot. Mainly cos I was working when I bought it so was busy a lot more than now.

I still haven't been gaming frig all so decided to put the card to use mining ethereum. It makes about 5 aud per day and given that the solar pays for most of it, I spose it cost me 90c per night to run it. It is a lhr card so it is a bit gimped for mining but still cranks out about 85MH/s. I can see why folks are buying 10+cards for mining and it's something I'd be keen to do in the future.

In other news the 3080ti is a beast, it is pretty much double what my previous 1080ti was. Runs 99% games on 4k at over 60fps, many at 80 and racing games are up around 130fps.

Yeah man 3600 to be precise. Fark that price for a joke but that's what it cost.

I had two options, buy it and have a gaming PC again or not buy it and have no GPU at all.
