I own a GTX 1080ti so I'll use that as some kinda comparison. It cost me $1150 new. So there's three new cards with a RRP of $809, $1139 and $2429 respectively. There is the RTX 3070 which apparently is faster than a RTX 2080ti, which was already about 40% faster than a 1080ti. There is a RTX 3080 which will be roughly just over double the performance of a GTX 1080ti. There is the RTX 3090 which will be roughly triple the performance of a GTX 1080ti but obviously this card comes at a hefty premium. You can't quite compare a GTX card to an RTX one but you can compare an apple to an orange if you want.
