Isn't a problem - the horizon doesn't move while you're driving/flying in real life

There are other systems that move the wheel/pedals/screens, but out of reach for me - this one's a nice, compact unit.

Would invite you, but you're driving a Expensive Daewoo down to goto the GP instead of riding down for it

Have heard of a bloke that is so into flight sims that he managed to get a hold of an entire nose section from a commercial aircraft ($$$), wired up all the switches and of course installed LCD screens in the windows.  Never got to see a pic, only told by a client that had been there.  Would be awesome but would need a shed of its own!  Dunno if it had a motion cradle though, seems unlikely.

Wouldn't be my cup of tea, but plenty like it.

Really wouldn't be interested in jumping in a virtual air taxi and flying to another country for 8 hours, but there's heaps that do just that.

There's a whole ecosystem for those that want to do it that way, including people at the other end of the internet playing virtual aircontrollers and radio tower operators.

Building a pc for horizon 3

This is the post that got me off my butt to get the simulator back up and running and update my PC

Turns out that Horizon 3 on the PC will only work with XBOX compatible wheels and pedals.

Argh - really don't want to get another wheel base just for the 1 game.

isn't there a way to spoof it via software so the computer thinks its an xbox controller?

similar to the PS4 controller working on windows but the games treat it as an xbox controller.
