I just unplug it if moving the PC to a LAN (rare) and plug it back in when I need to dump footage from my dashcam (rare).

Dropped my phone last week and are using an oldie so scuse the photos. First time I had a proper go at cable management but def makes in a pain in the arse to work on. Checkout the flex in the video card, all normal for this card so I read and all done by gravity even though it looks like the coolant lines are pushing it Edited 28/06/16 08:03 AM by luke187

Its not good for a PCB to be bent BTW, nice mother board Edited 28/06/16 09:30 AM by bloodycrashboy

You want a wap if your using switches and chit waps not a modem, modem plugs into switch, wap plugs into switch...

Fark me Rab, get your sh*t together and make sure the fiber from the switch to the fap is less than 1m and the coaxial from the wap back to the router is shorter to reduce the ohmms. This should eventually enable you to connect the nbn at one stage once you get smart wiring in the house. Whats so smart about it, I dont know. Normally the rooouter is connected to the switch. The WAP is also connected to the switch. The switch should be located in a central lo ation. It is also preferable to have a si gle 16/24 port switch than having 3 or 4 of the 8 port switches daisey chained from one to another. It is even more fun to have a 24 port managed switch with POE for your IP security cameras. Yeah we can plan it better on friday night over acouple of beers/vodka.
