On a serious note - An oversized flapper on a wastegate port is ideal as it seals completely. A perfect sized flapper may wear even slightly on the edges and will only seal when it's perfect... hence nope. As long as it's setup properly an internal gate will work correctly up to 550 maybe 600rwkw. Mind you the 6466 is comes with an internal gate 1.07 Ford style rear housing and is rated to 900hp, yet to see one hit that figure yet though.
