After speaking with the forum elders when I was buying mine, the 800 are great for the track, but make a reasonable amount of noise and dust

Lose the mud flaps ASAP - they rub through the paint underneath!

Good colour choice, something interesting amongst the sea of black, white, silver and blue.

Also +1 on Project Mu NS400 - running them right now and dust levels are nice and low but they perform well for street duties.  NS800s are track oriented so would have poor performance when cold, making them unsuitable for street driving.  Cruise along a highway in the cold of winter for 20 minutes and need to make an emergency stop = not good.

Have used QFM A1RM and Remsa pads in the past, both work well but are dusty.  Remsa pads slowed me down at Racewars from 220-230kmh so they can take at least one serious stop with no issues.  That was with both stock and with Brembos - but DBA T3 rotors each time.

The mudflaps save stone chips in other areas of the paint so it's a hard choice for me.

Ns400 it is I think. The bendix ultimates on the rear currently make a lot of mess. I knew they would but I didn't think it would be quite so bad haha.

I didn't think cruises existed anymore Matty.

Oh ok. I saw your car at mcm actually haha. I had a look while it was sitting with the bonnet up. No one was around so I moved on haha.

Yeh sounds good mate. Would be good to see some other cars. You made some serious smoke on a couple runs with a very short burnout haha. My car was just chilling in the car park.

Yeh I figured you meant the 400's.

Race brakes is our forum braking go to isn't it?
