Mine would already be installed except everytime I turn around I have another customers car to look at!

That plus downside of being a small business owner, they always seem to work the most hours from what I've seen over the years!

Mine is installed and feels nice and solid when giving it hurt, also when losing traction.  Has happened accidentally to me once (sand spill on a corner) and it was very nice and smooth to transition back to straight.  This was with ABS on but it was only a small slide.  Before it would act very jumpy and unsettled, rapidly shifting weight from wheel to wheel etc.

There is definitely more diff noise from the rear being transmitted in to the cabin.  I had them install stock outer bushes to replace the Superpro ones.  My diff has seen 307,000km of abuse now so is pretty worn I imagine.  When engine braking it can resonate in during certain RPM pretty loud.  Under power or cruising it's fine.  I'm used to a bit of noise though and run the stereo all the time too so maybe I'm just not noticing it.  I did drive around with the stereo off for the first day.

Wonder if a new diff would make much difference?  I'm not likely to install one any time soon though.

Steve it sounds like it's time to deck out the boot with sound insulation like turboknapp has done. Then crank the tunes :)
