More pics would be good out of interest. The specifically asked me if I was happy to put stock bushes in it, so that they could ensure it was in the factory position and give the straightest angles to tailshaft etc which sounded good to me so I'm trusting them. The Superpro have a different mounting depth and they want to take care and get this spot on for my car - one of the SP items was already torn so I'd be paying for at least one new bush anyway. I am also curious to see how it sounds with stock items in! Glad the welds are getting praise, I know we have some connoisseurs around here Since it's the first they have seen in person they are using my car to make a jig to use on all future installs they may happen to do. Fingers crossed! Edited 14/06/16 12:40 PM by -Stever-

What I would do Luke is measure the exact position of the diff and driveshaft prior to pulling anything out. A few measurements and markings before taking the cradle out will give you more of an idea of where you need to be when time comes to positioning that rear mount. I would also put a string line along the driveshaft 1/2 axles to see if ford positioned the diff so that they are exactly lined up. In mine (on visuals) it looks like pushing the diff forward a little would line this up a little better. Gonna give both Steves and Lukes a mark out of ten when all done. Nice welds, looks like positioned about 1 cm forward compared to the picture on pge 1. Might not matter but then might. Anyone got other pics of it all welded up Re: tuning force, the diff arms have the most leverage in stopping that. My mounts are also around 1 cm further forward than the pic on page 1.... We took the time to seam weld the whole middle section to the front and rear frame while the IRS was out. Pics of the Cv alignment. Keep in mind though, that the suspension had been completely changed and had not been "set up" in theses pictures. I'd go cat600 or race series supepro fronts

I do have a problem with big banging noises when getting off the power though.
