If you were to cross shop the G6ET what would you consider? (has to be sedan, powerful like the falcon turbo, roughly same price range) 2. Does the FGX G6ET come with the FPV RSPEC suspension or was that exclusively the XR6/XR8? 3. Have they fixed the age old issues with the Falcon in the FGX?. Weak bushes, milkshaking, rubbish tyres, crappy seats etc. ? 4. Why oh why are some of you suggesting Bogan Special Vehicles?. That LSA really that good? You take a risk though, I broke down on the way to the mechanics with my new BF! tailshaft output flange snapped as well as part of the tailshaft. 1. I love the g6et but only had budget for a BF, g6et only has open diff atm. 2. not that I know of 3. hahahaha don't think so this is why I suggest used 4. they're traitors, we take them out back and shoot them. Not sure If I can justify 55k+ for a slightly faster XR6T. Im wanting to trade in the 07 Aurion for a FGX G6ET but thought I should get second opinions from you all. I will be using it as my daily driver + uber ride. So its basically a workhorse. Im really dissapointed that they havent fixed all the minor issues in the new model. Sigh. (your all pushing me towards a bogan vf v8 calais now. thanks alot guys) Edited 14/04/16 12:17 PM by newboyfpv Corrected spelling

Are you looking at driving and keeping it as it came out of the showroom? Do you want "go" or "show"? Few grand spent after you pick it up turns a $40k car into a better vehicle than a $90k one from either marque

(is what I'd do first the 2nd time around) and well under $3k FPV/RSPEC suspension isn't the be all and end all. G6E is comfy - XR6T is "sporty" - aftermarket can be better than either, and better than FPV - depending on what you want Some don't mind stock brakes - I did (better pads work wonders) Nothing wrong with the seats - seating position isn't the best for some. Once I adjusted the steering wheel I never had a problem VF has more electronics/gizmo;s, but prefer the Ford dashboard - at least the FGX's get the newer stuff From where I am - (if you're going to keep the car for a while) - 10 year old Fords look less "dated" than 10 year old Holdens Take them both for a drive, go with the one that feels less plastic and the one that grabs you by the gonads
