Engine swap

Hi guys recently purchased a xr6t with a lot up upgrades running 16 psi sadly destroyed itself after 2 days couldn't afford a original x6t engine to replace so picked up a low ks stock xr6 engine and bolted all the parts and turbo on it mechanics dont think it will last long with the turbo on it just wanting any advice on wat I could do to the engine to take the turbo and will retuning and lowering the boost save the new engine any advice would really appreciated

Firstly don't drive it hard in the slightest if you want it to stay in good condition.  

Do not bring it on boost, detonation can kill a motor in seconds, in worst case scenarios. 

Definitely don't floor it. 

List all non stock parts for a more detailed response. 

Obviously with a compression change timing will vary greatly. Fuel needs will likely also need addressing. 

Tell us your general area and a more seasoned member will direct you to a decent tuner.

Whatever killed the old engine that was stronger and with a lower compression ratio will kill this one even quicker.

Take it to RDP or profile autosports, tell them what you've done and that you just want to make it live so they can tune it accordingly.
