So I did a live log with the torque app. Only saw a peak boost of 15lb at 4600rpm then drop off fast. So im thinking with the extra noise in the zorst and only 15lb that means waste gate pressure is leaking yeah?

 

Should be 20Lb at 2500-2600rpm

A new turbo and actuator re fit should be checked on the dyno

YEs, TS are very specific about actuator preload with their actuators. So I'd start there.

I did a half hole preload like turbosmart suggest. f*cking pissed off just want my car back to normal.

They don't spec half a hole....

 

Are you housings aligned bang on as per the old turbo? That will also affect preload.

Slightly different. Front cover is upright as before I used the gt bracket not modded it was leaning. So front cover twist will affect it even with the same amount of preload as last time.
