Australian Consumer Law is your friend. Warranty length means nothing - it's about what can be reasonably expected of the product. I've found if you email the company, explain politely what you are entitled to under the ACL and then ask them to resolve, you often get a good outcome. If not, you have a nice trail to email your state's consumer affairs. They will usually then contact the supplier on your behalf if they think you have a case.

Asked if it can be repaired. Took 5 days to reply as I said it shouldn't have failed. So ill have a chat with them again about the failure of the gtx and push on them for a outcome. Can be rebuilt so maybe a gtx rebuilt will be up for grabs soon. Also found on new install the coolant is leaking from bottom banjo. Preload is out. Cant fit plumback. So nee gasket kit. Set it back how it was and hope for the best. Should be a pro by now but still a sh..it cu..nt Edited 06/07/16 01:50 PM by k31th posts merged.
