Cos the ns400 look quite sh*t from that perspective. The higher end hc800 appear to perform better even cold and significantly better when hot? But look at the web diagram you're trade off would be extra dust and noise. I thought double R Ron was running them in his F6, but they again he does't drive his F6 much so probably couldn't give daily use feed back, Possible Kyle is running them as well? I reckon the HC800's would love to snack on a rotor or two.
Lennox Member 2,586 Member For: 11y 9m 29d Gender: Male Location: Perth Posted 25/05/16 02:51 AM Share Posted 25/05/16 02:51 AM I'm assuming the 2 friction numbers are minimum and maximum is that correct? So they even perform better at lower temps which was a surprise for me.

If it is then yes they would appear to preform better, if not then potentially the NS400's would perform better from cold. Would need to ring and ask them to clarify.

Quick googling reveals a letter marking system where the first letter is cold friction second letter is hot friction but strayans seem to rate pads with a numbering system so can't be certain.
Lennox Member 2,586 Member For: 11y 9m 29d Gender: Male Location: Perth Posted 27/05/16 11:48 AM Share Posted 27/05/16 11:48 AM As I anticipated they would give me no info about the pad rating numbers other than "the numbers are friction average at certain temps", and wouldn't tell me any more when I asked what temps they are and if they are a standard temp across the board... So that sheds little light for us. Sorry guys

Surely you'd know about them enough to give out this information... Maybe I'm just more overly giving with my knowledge...
