Keyless entry problem

Hey guys I've been having some dramas with my keyless entry I have replaced batteries in the remotes also been to ford they can't find the problem I have been able to program my remotes but within an hour it looses memory and I have to reprogram again that went on for a while until now I can't pair the remotes anymore when I press the demise button 3 times it doesn't do the full cycle it just locks the doors but doesn't go back up I leaning more to having a bcm problem because I have tried another one and it works but doesn't start my car so if I need to replace my bcm I know I have to replace it with the same colour if that's wrong please advise me otherwise plus I will need to program the parameters again if there is a way through an Obdii app suggestions are most welcome thanks for your time and look forward to hearing from you
