Also finished of the surgetank set-up aswell...

- 3litre surgetank with x2 Walbro 460s inside, all factory lines removed and replaced with braided.

Have you conducted a very close inspection of those cam shaft lobes.

probably the sexiest looking barra I have seen. Oversized valves hey? cant say I have seen or heard of that being done on the barra before. Im sure it has been though, what sort of power are you shooting for to be doing things like that?

Yeah we have the resources so thought may aswell, my old boy is an engine builder by trade and what ever it makes on 30psi..

Just what I observed from your images. Any signs of surface spalling will deteriorate very quickly with heavy valve  springs. You need to inspect the rollers as well. They have less surface area. 

 

just hate to see all that work and money end in damage.
