Am after advice for some cheap(ish) mods to get a few more KW out of this thing than your average taxi. What mods should I be looking at? Flash tune? Which mods should I get first? Any recommendations in the Melbourne metro area? Cheers guys.

Fairly solid number for a P plate car

As for the other replies, well we (Mrs. and I) already have an '09 turbo. This 2013 vehicle is primarily for work. I'm just after a few serious and informative suggestions, in detail (parts etc), to get a bit more oomph out of it. Not trying to break any records here, just more than your average taxi. Cheers guys. Edited 25/02/16 07:20 AM by demmo

Is your 09 turbo stock? I'm not going to be much help here....so I'll let others chime in. My comment above still stands....I would source a cheap, good condition full exhaust (just to give it some noise)....maybe go 19" rims (if leaving stock suspension); but I personally would lower it too (just depends on the types of roads you go over in your work duties) then maybe a k&n panel filter with a hole cut in airbox. Cant really think of too much else you can do that is 'cheapish' and adds power (other than what is mentioned above?) .... also maybe pics of your cars will help people come up with answers.......hahaha

Any more than 200rwkw just get a turbo

But now we are getting somewhere, I appreciate the input. Any more suggestions and specifics? Yes PTR Nitro the 09 is stock as a rock. Not really into modding cars, but this '13 could do with a couple tweaks. Thanks.
