It's currently stock but will be upgrading injectors, cat, turbo flapper and actuator. Can I upgrade the pump and the car will still run ok on stock tune? Also I found this, is it ok? Not looking for crazy power. Maybe 330-350. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-Genuine-WALBRO-400LPH-In-Tank-Fuel-Pump-Kit-2x-Strainers-200SX-XR6-WRX-/151220775908?hash=item233575ebe4:g:7DsAAOSwstxU7CL4 thanks,

If you upgrade the Injectors, Cat and the actuator, then surely you have to get the car retuned. If you are upgrading the in tank pump, I think the regulator needs to be changed to. don't quote me on this as I have not changed mine. Can someone in the know how about the pump, please tune in? It idles abit rough and smells rich. though Some people rekon you can get away without a upgraded fuel reg. So either buy an aftermarket reg to go with or get a walbro the next size down (255lph) which will still have lots left in it when your stock cooler holds you back. Also the 255 will be fine to drive till you get your tune done http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/261312833426

What is the stock fuel pump flow rate and what is the max power the 255 can handle? How hard is a fuel reg to install? Thanks again.

Stock pump runs out of fuel pretty quick. A 255 should be good into the 350ishkw range. If you go for a high flow Bosch unit the reg will take 2min to install. If you run say a external turbosmart one you need adaptors, fittings and fuel hose and is more expensive. Not needed for your power level.
