We hope you enjoy your time on the forum. I think you might not get a reply any time soon, as we tend to fear those the sign up to the forum and post once. When they get the answer that they after, they tend to run and never to be seen again. We normally advise new member to use the search function at the top right to find the answers you want, as these sort of questions have been asked previously. Search and yee shall find. Hopefully someone with the know how will reply soon. This post is a bump for your thread as well.

Or if you have an obd Bluetooth adaptor and the Torque app (both are cheap if you don't) you can get boost pressure from the ECU and then let us know. Is the car stock or if not what mods? I'm guessing it would be hard to pressure test the intake system for leaks without some sort of special equipment. But that's getting beyond my level of expertise. I'd check all of the clamps before doing too much though, if you haven't already.

velocityxr6t Member 122 Member For: 16y 10d Gender: Male Posted 10/02/16 08:33 PM Share Posted 10/02/16 08:33 PM Throttle positon sensor. Common issue. Causes rough idle and lack of power. Pull the throttle body off and clean it. Might help your issue if not fix it and it'll only cost a can of carby cleaner.
