Posted 30/01/16 01:44 AM Share Posted 30/01/16 01:44 AM Just had both front power window switches replaced to see if they fix problems with both power windows being dead, they didn't, however they did fix other problems with the existing switches so I'm still relatively happy. Are the FG power window regulators the same as the BA-BF units? I only ask because these guys have a pair at a reasonable price: http://www.carsrus.com.au/ford-au-ba-bf-falcon-front-power-window-regulators-pair-98-99-00-01-02-03-04-05.html

You're better off getting a secondhand Ford one from a wreck (ie Gumtree). Get a can of silicon spray and lubricate the window guides every few months. The AU/BA/BF window regulator is NOT the same as the FG one (I've looked it up before). Edited 06/02/16 06:09 PM by PhilMeUp
